(FNBG) is a group of community volunteers who provide substantial support for activities and events, garden maintenance and infrastructure changes at Noosa Botanic Gardens. Jessie shows off her enormous mushrooms.  She bought bags of mushroom compost for the garden but kept one aside in greenhouse to see if a mushroom would be produced if she just left the compost alone.  The result was one monster mushroom after another...sauteed in a little garlic oil......delicious.....the bag is still producing.....
